John C. Goodman
PRESIDENT AND CEO
John C. Goodman is one of the nation’s leading thinkers on health policy. The Wall Street Journal calls Dr. Goodman “the father of Health Savings Accounts.” Modern Healthcare says he is one of four people who have most influenced the changes shaping our health care system.
Dr. Goodman is Senior Fellow at the Independent Institute and the author of ten books, including New Way to Care: Social Protections that Put Families First; Priceless: Curing the Healthcare Crisis; A Better Choice: Healthcare Solutions for America; Leaving Women Behind: Modern Families, Outdated Laws (with Kimberley Strassel); and Patient Power (with Gerald Musgrave), the condensed version of which sold more than 300,000 copies and is credited with playing a pivotal role in the defeat of Hillary Clinton’s health reform.
Rachel Logan
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Rachel brings 20+ years of experience in small business administration, specifically in the industries of healthcare, non-profit and event planning. Originally from Long Beach, CA, Rachel now resides in DFW and has planned and produced hundreds of events in Texas and the surrounding states including weddings, fundraisers, and corporate galas. When she is not out walking her dogs, Rachel is busy raising her 5 kids in the suburbs of Allen, TX.
Colby Logan
IT DIRECTOR
Colby brings 20+ years of IT and small business startup experience in multiple industries including energy, non-profits, entertainment, and sound & lighting to name a few. After graduating with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Texas A&M, Colby began his career as a software engineer during the dot-com boom in San Francisco, CA and later started his own successful sound and lighting company in Dallas, TX where he now resides. Colby enjoys the outdoors, hunting and fishing, with his kids along with singing and playing guitar with his band.
Michelle Hausz
CPA
Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma University. She has 20 years of accounting and tax experience working with individuals and various business entities helping them achieve their financial goals.
Michelle spent the early part of her career at Arthur Andersen, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and various small regional firms. She was a financial analyst with Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors performing financial modeling and due diligence for underwriting residential real estate investments.
In an effort to allow more time with her family, Michelle formed inHausz Solutions, LLC where she provides accounting support for clients including financial modeling, internal controls review, payroll assistance and tax return review on an independent basis.
