Workers Compensation: RX for Policy Reform

The oldest government-mandated employee benefit program in the United States is workers compensation. Every state manages its own system, which vary from state to state, but when a worker is injured on the job or has a work-related illness they all provide coverage of medical costs, replacement of lost wages and payment for death or dismemberment.
