Schieber had an award-winning career in the television news industry before devoting her time fully to public policy communication. In 2012, she worked with the Mackinac Center where she produced investigative style videos and her work was recognized by such groups as Reason, and Lights, Camera, Liberty. In 2024, Schieber had the honor of introducing Jay Bhattacharya, President Trump’s nominee to lead the National Institutes of Health at the Heartland Institute’s 40th Anniversary Liberty Prize Dinner. Schieber’s commentaries on public policy have appeared in many national publications such as The Hill, Epoch Times, Red State, and American Thinker and her podcasts can be seen at heartland.org
